Shipping Policy

Products will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary because of location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery.

Our “delivery within one hour” service, if advertised, is available only for eligible products, serviceable locations, operating hours, and confirmed orders. Availability and the applicable charge must be confirmed at the time of ordering. It is not guaranteed for every order or location.

Risk of loss or damage remains with us until the product is delivered to the customer or their authorised recipient.
