We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, sizes, designs, materials, and images as accurately as possible. However:

• Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or printing process.

• Minor differences in print position, colour, size, or finish may occur, particularly in customised or made-to-order products.

• Product measurements may have a reasonable manufacturing tolerance.

• Customers should review the applicable size chart before placing an order.

Such minor variations will not ordinarily be considered defects unless they materially affect the product’s quality or usability.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product. An order is accepted only after we send an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order due to:

• Product unavailability;

• Incorrect product or pricing information;

• Payment failure;

• Incomplete or inaccurate delivery details;

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity;

• Technical errors; or

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

5. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes and delivery charges, as clearly shown during checkout. The final payable amount, including applicable taxes, delivery fees, and other disclosed charges, will be displayed before the order is confirmed.

We may change product prices at any time. However, a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where the displayed price resulted from an obvious technical or typographical error.

6. Payments

We may accept payment through UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, cash on delivery, or other methods displayed during checkout.

Online payments are processed through authorised third-party payment service providers. We do not ordinarily store complete card or banking details.

Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information. We are not responsible for payment failure caused by banks, payment gateways, network issues, incorrect payment details, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any payment deducted for an unsuccessful order will be refunded or reversed according to the relevant bank or payment provider’s processing timeline.

7. Customised and Personalised Products

Customers are responsible for checking all submitted names, words, images, logos, sizes, colours, and design instructions before confirming a customised order.

Once production has started, a customised or personalised order cannot ordinarily be changed or cancelled.

Customised products are not eligible for return or exchange merely because the customer:

• Changed their mind;

• Selected an incorrect size, colour, design, or spelling;

• Provided an incorrect image or instruction; or

• No longer requires the product.

However, this restriction does not apply if the product is defective, damaged, materially different from the approved design, or incorrect due to an error made by us.

The customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or permission to use any image, text, trademark, logo, artwork, or other material submitted for printing. We may reject content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, misleading, or infringes another person’s intellectual-property rights.

8. Order Cancellation

A standard, non-customised order may be cancelled before it is dispatched by contacting us at Mail Us: support@toobuy.in .

Customised or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled after production has started.

We may cancel an order if the product becomes unavailable, payment cannot be verified, delivery is not possible, or the order violates these Terms and Conditions. Where applicable, the amount paid will be refunded.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotional offers, coupons, and discount codes:

• Are valid only during the stated period;

• May be subject to minimum-purchase requirements;

• Cannot ordinarily be exchanged for cash;

• May not be combined unless expressly permitted; and

• May be restricted to selected products, customers, or locations.

We may withdraw or modify a promotion where permitted by law, but this will not affect orders already validly accepted under that promotion.

10. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities carried out through your account.
